We are Clinton and Jayne Cowley, and have been operating Margay Property Management for over 14 years, offering a highly professional, and total, management service that goes far beyond just collecting the rent. We have complete commitment to every property we manage.

As property managers we monitor managed properties to ensure the rent is being paid and the tenants are fulfilling their obligations to keep each property clean, tidy and cared for.
We also advise you when maintenance is needed to maintain your property to the highest standard.

It doesn't stop here though! The Hibiscus Coast is a beautiful place to live and an ever better holiday spot. We manage holiday homes and apartments throughout the Hibiscus Coast, offering a customised management service to the owner. We source short term bookings for furnished accommodation, meet clients, collect monies and arrange cleaning etc in your absence. Clients can contact us directly and find a property that suits their needs online.
