Story

Manly is a beach suburb towards the eastern end of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula that has the distinction of two beaches, Little Manly Beach on one side of the Peninsula and Big Manly on the other.
Ray White Manly is located in the centre of vibrant Manly Village, an established shopping centre known particularly for its excellent cafes and restaurants serving the central and eastern Whangaparaoa Peninsula. This area was once known as a seaside holiday location, but has become a residential area within commuting distance of central Auckland city and close to Silverdale, Orewa and the rest of the Hibiscus Coast.
Properties in Manly and the neighbouring areas of Matakatia, Tindalls Beach and Arkles Bay reflect the history of the area. #Best͏ Agent Ever# Needed someone that I could trust and put my faith in and Gary did not disappoint! Gary͏ Martin is without doubt the very best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. If I was selling my own home I would insist he come down to Auckland to sell it for me. Gary together with his Team provided outstanding assistance both prior and during the sales campaign and in my book went above and beyond the standard requirements of an Estate Agent. He made the whole process run seamlessly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The attributes he demonstrated were invaluable as I was often not able to be at the property in person. We rented with Ray white manly for two years, our property manager was Cameron Winefield, you couldn’t ask for a better agent, communication was always great if we had any concerns regarding the property, Cameron was always polite and very approachable. I had not personally met cherry only my husband had but I had a couple of conversations over the phone when arranging inspections and other rentals for our growing family. Cherry was amazing to deal with, professional but very understanding to our needs, I would say Ray White manly is the best rental agent on the coast, we were sad to leave them as we would of loved to of continued renting with them but we had moved from the coast to the north shore. I will continue to recommend them to others who are looking for rentals. Thank you The cross family

Cherry and Cameron found us the best tenants ever! We were a bit nervous about accepting a puppy with the young couple, but you would be hard pushed, after over a year, to see evidence that a dog even lived on the property. As we live right next door and in a fairly social neighbourhood we all hoped that the new tenants would 'fit in'. They were brilliant and we are sorry to see them move on to other adventures.
It’s been a great, stress-free experience selling our house with Tim. From the first phone call he has been professional, friendly, communicative, and even been able to talk us through the serious stuff while having our toddlers hanging off him. We explained how quickly we’d like to get our house on the market, and Tim had everything ready to go within the week including organising the photographer the very next day. Tim truly understands how to sell houses. The best agent EVER Michelle is very professional, caring and helpful agent. She helped us a lot through our journey of buying our first home. We have faced lots of challenges and she solved all these issues for us and let the process be really smooth. I highly recommended her for anyone wants to buy or sell a house.

However, what makes Michelle stand out from others I have met is her ability to really listen without imposing any agenda.
