Lovely food as always the only thing wrong was the amount of chilli on the fried salt and pepper King prawns starter, it was a lot hotter than usual and took my breath away! A little less chilli and these will be perfect again!

Really very disappointed with my takeaway, it wasn’t edible, l have had many from maple, and they have been ok, going to give it a miss in further, just wasted £25 as its all gone in the bin, ordered special noodles, egg fried rice, chicken curry and salt and pepper chips, feel really sick, not good !!!!!

Hi ordered the Thai Green Curry for a collection at 1750hrs said it would take 15 minutes, when I got there at at 1805hrs the collection was ready, took it home and it was one of the best curries I have had and the staff were first class. I can guarantee that I will be having this meal again

Quoted 1hr 15m for delivery tonight, fair enough with it being Saturday. After an hour and a half, I've rang and they haven't even started making my food yet. Can't refund me apparently. This was my favourite takeaway but after tonight I'll be finding a new place to spend my money.

This take away was recommended to me after i had a disappointing takeaway from another local shop. I am so glad it was! This is the third time we have ordered from here and each time the quote has been consistently high. Really tasty food. All very fresh. Takes a while to come if ordered for delivery but well worth the wait and it arrives piping hot. Not the cheapest around but we think its the best. Highly recommended.

We found this restaurant by chance but we're so glad we did, love the food & service. Can occasionally go over delivery times stated but well worth the wait. We wouldn't order from anywhere else. Highly recommend

They had a 2 hour waiting time this day, I called and asked if it was right and they said they were short staffed so offered to cancel and refund which I accepted and ordered from somewhere else. Cancel never happened and refund never came. I spoke to Foodhub where I ordered from who said they can't refund without restaurant approval - Maple Kitchen say this never happened and that they don't have any record of my food not arriving. I have proof I rang them twice this night, spoke to a lady, knew they were short staffed, and even ordered the same meal from a different restaurant - still don't believe me. Would I really order the same thing from 2 restaurants the same night? I've now had to make a chargeback claim from my bank because I'm getting nothing from Foodhub or maple kitchen. Really sad because I order from here a fair bit and the food is usually decent but clearly they don't value customer service so I won't be eating here again. If you care anything about buying from people who actually care about you as a customer - don't order from here.
