Absolutely outstanding. This guy knows his stuff. Went in for a simple job. The do it your self job by previous owner of my corvette did a shocking job. Sound hub fixed her up. Gave me great sound. For the extra work done the price was acceptable
Came to Soundhub to install new door speakers & tweeters for the dash. I had given it a go myself but realised I have no clue where to begin with wiring it up. They already had a job to work on that day but they managed to bring another installer in to get them both done. Went out of their way to get the job done in the time frame for me and also made sure I was happy with the work. They definitely know what they're doing here, would recommend.

The best customer service I have experienced. Recommendations if speakers around my price range, though not above. Didn't try to divert me to more expensive speakers, but gave me a great deal with a great pair, and cheap installation as well.
Best place in palmy for all your audio needs. Professional informative staff who will help you understand what is on offer and give many options can't recommend this place anymore.
My review starts at 5 stars. My experience is with getting them to install an aftermarket multimedia system with steering wheel control integration, for my car. -1 star for poor communication: had to contact first for every interaction. No updates for completion or for going over time. Non-committal about setting appointments. -1 star for poor estimates. Listed my gear, got $85 quote to install over the phone, up to $300 after inspection, then went over time and failed to install steering controls, excuse was that they had never heard of the control unit I'd listed before. -1 star for handling of the steering control unit as above. It literally took 3 emails to get them to understand that the steering wheel control unit was ready to install and didn't need them to flash software onto it. They said that they needed my details to log in and flash the software - but didn't bother to call me, or read the original email. This meant a second day for them to finish the job. -1 star for botched install. After getting it back for the first time, half of the car's console illumination was dead. They claimed that it probably didn't light up in the first place and we were imagining it !. Then they said that it couldn't have been them, because they didn't touch anything below the head unit. With the help of some friends, I found out that it was caused by a simple blown fuse and managed to fix it out of my own pocket. I guess they didn't bother to disconnect the battery. -1 star for resolution. They didn't know how to fix what they broke and offered no remedy, they just sent us on our way. I'll cap this review at 1 star because they did technically eventually install my equipment... and because google won't take a 0 star rating. It's hard to get me to write a bad review, everyone has an off day, but I did not receive service from a professional. edit- owner has left a review, I can't reply to it so I'll clarify a few things in here. 50% of the info in the reply is news to me, I can only advise people who decide to go with MSH to keep in constant contact. The Canadian steering wheel control unit was not cheap and was pre-programmed for the car. I did my research selecting it, it has great reviews in America, and had already done all of the programming. It just needed to be wired up. As the still-confused reply below attests, this has been a difficult thing to get across to MSH. The exact model was communicated up-front and they had plenty of opportunity to research it beforehand and inspect it on-site before delivering a quote. Aside from admittedly flimsy mounting brackets, the gear was sound. To their credit, I genuinely appreciate sticking to their quote, though calling it "going above and beyond" when given all of the tools and information to proceed, only to barely meet expectations, is a bit disingenuous. I genuinely was just going to just put it all behind me until we got it back and the dash lights were broken. To be told that we're imagining things, and that MSH can't or won't fix what they broke - there's no excusing that treatment, and it's ultimately what put this 1-star review on the page. My partner's involvement in this was a person moving a car, the contract was with me, and I had to press to get updates and information from MSH. As I say, mistakes happen and everyone has a bad day, as long as people learn from it. However I feel like the wrong lesson has been learnt today. Hopefully I come across reasonably level headed, it has been a frustrating exchange. Buyer beware.
Lady there was rather rude telling me items they have on stock that I was interested in buying were not available when I looked at Bose's website they were still on there for sale. She was pushing me to buy a more expensive item that I wasn't interested in buying. Young guy was helpful in helping me find the product I wanted but didn't know the product was not available. Room for improvement.
As i explained to the gentleman below - the Bose QC25 Headphone is a discontinued item and there is still some stock that i could order in if he wanted - this person also rang me the next day - i asked for his details so i could get back to him but he said he didn t want to bother me. As this Company's name and value are very important to me - i would never ever try to sell a customer up on a product - the gentleman was also given my card - so instead of referring to me as the "rude lady" perhaps he would like to call me so as we are able to finish the sale properly - Mandy Bulloch - GENERAL MANAGER
