Really good spot next to the water. Every time I have stayed it's been nice and quiet. Some people also around but they have all been so nice.Location: 5/5
Beautiful campground with really nice accomodation. Very relaxing and the views are absolutely amazing 10 out of 10
A very beautiful and tranquil campsite with a reasonable price. The kitchen for non-powered campsite is quite basic consider its price, it's not a complaint at all, so you will need to prepare your own pot and cutlery, probably as well as camp stove otherwise everything is good. Apart from basic kitchen, the clean toilets with hot showers and an incredible view of the bay and the peaks, easy access to the beach. I quite enjoyed my stay here with my partner.
Good affordable accommodation at Manaia Camp. The water pressure is so good. Easy access to the beach and activities. Safe environment for Children. We had a great time with our friends at the camp. Be careful driving in this area. Roads are quite narrow.
Love this place. Such a fun, family friendly environment with so much for the kids to do. Big play area, shallow sheltered beach where even the babies can paddle in the water, trampoline to enjoy. The rooms are functional and clean and the showers areovely. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for large groups and the communal dining hall allows for a really fun gathering of friends. Highly recommend this place for all your group booking.
The most beautiful campsite paradise even in winter, and all the facilities work just fine. Hot water and shower pressure is beautiful. View is stunning. Easy access to the incredible Mt Manaia hike steep up and down but so rewarding and fairly brief, takes about 2-3.5hrs to do the whole thing. 5 cabins in the main hall, 1 bathroom on each side perfect for boys side and girls side etc, kitchen with sanitizer, the smaller hall has two toilets, two showers, three bedrooms and one kitchen-lounge area. The air is beautifully clear, and you can see stars! I love this site.
An awesome spot for camping. We stayed in the small lodge. All basic kitchen utensils provided. Great place for a weekend group outing. Peaceful and quiet. Don't forget to bring some mosquito repellent.
Great place! We enjoyed our stay here, Jensen House is very nice with air conditioning in the lounge - perfect for summer.. The view is amazing! We love it here.. photos cannot capture the real beauty of the scenery
Fantastic facilities. Reasonable price. Big industrial kitchen. Outlying lodges are great for school camp helpers. Private beach with kayaks. Mattresses in the main forms have seen better days.
Great place to set up a tent for solo campers on the Te Araroa Track. Basic kitchen, clean toilets with hot showers and an incredible view of the bay and the peaks
