Very grateful to Dr Matthew Marshall for his rigorous and comprehensive check up 3 weeks ago that revealed I had lymphoma - after he ensured I had a chest X Ray and follow up CT scan. Three weeks after the initial consultation and a battery of further tests I have a treatment plan arranged. A big thank you to Dr Marshall and the wider New Zealand health system for a highly efficient and caring process.
This clinic is truly exceptional. I recently had my first full appointment with Dr. Anna Datta, having previously seen her briefly regarding a burn injury. She took the time to see me for approximately 45–50 minutes, during which she clearly explained the next steps, discussed my overall health, recovery timeline, and provided thorough guidance on ongoing care.nnAs our family doctor, Dr. Datta consistently demonstrates professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She also took the time to explain the management of my scarring, even with a scar therapist already involved, ensuring I fully understood the process and options available.nnI would also like to acknowledge Cathy at reception, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating in arranging an appointment when I needed urgent advice about my burn.nnOverall, a highly professional and supportive team. I feel very fortunate to be under their care.
My usual doctor was away and I saw Charlotte on an urgent appointment after my dodgy knee flared up. I had seen her in the past and she totally understood my frustration with a wounded knee that can be very limiting to my active lifestyle. If Charlotte is your doctor, you are in veryngood hands.
So bad- unfriendly staff and awful treatment for females. Every experience here was terrible from the rude reception to the rude practice manager who shouldn't be in the job. There wasn't a single level of caring about any medical problems. I see this is a pattern and if you're looking for local healthcare, I'd avoid. This practice has gone massively downhill. Also check out the local Facebook pages where people give their own terrible experiences.
Highly recommend Caroline Armstrong. She was lovely kind and listened. I felt very heard and cared for. Very prompt at getting me an appointment as well.
