We spent a night in the maternity suite after the birth of our twins. I can’t speak highly enough of the Midwives and nurses out there, they were so incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The food was genuinely nice and the rooms are well set up and have lots of natural light. If you’re expecting a baby and have a chance to deliver there or spend a few nights, you really should make the most of this great space.
Awesome service in the Accident and Medical from reception to nurses right through to the Doctors. Yes the waits are long, but they do their absolute best on these hard times of staff shortages. I was made to feel safe, cared for and treated with empathy, respect and dignity. We are very lucky to have this service available to us.
After hours will keep a kid in serious pain waiting hours behind others with seemingly nothing wrong, and then lie to you about your position in the queue. Disgraceful practice by people who have clearly stopped giving a damn. We're no longer humans, we're numbers. The nurse couldn't care less and their triage system simply doesn't work.nI'm serious when I say it's better to drive all the way to Wgtn hospital. Kenepuru, you're a joke.
I'm really blown away by the amazing care I got at Kenepuru A&E on May 24th. The front desk staff were super friendly and quick, and RN Ryan Cornwell was just awesome. He took my concerns seriously and did a very thorough evaluation. I felt heard, and my concerns were taken seriously. I didn't feel rushed or pushed aside at all. I'm really happy with the care plan that he has put together.
My husband has just been seen by Dr John Huang. He was AMAZING! Caring, kind, respectful and understanding. He LISTENED to everything. He HEARD what we were saying and he responded by treating exactly what was needed. We left feeling 1000% better than we felt when we went in. I can not thank him enough for his help and expertise.nCaroline the receptionist was just as lovely, caring and kind . We were shocked at just how lovely everyone was. Thank you
