We use this parking as a go to when visiting Queenstown and wanting to be close to CBD. Clean, good lighting with easy access to the street below.nDid have an exit issue at the automated/payment/ gating system not capturing my card transaction. The after hrs calling contact took a while 12+ minutes to answer. Contacted their offices the next day and Ben responded the following day and is investigating further but resolved another issue promptly. All good. Thank you.
Easy parking right in the cbd. Saves the stress of driving around looking for a spot. $3 per half hour isn’t cheap, so not great for long stays. Exits to Shotover street have quite a few stairs, so consider if mobility is an issue.
This car park solved all our parking worries in Queenstown. We were warned by friends about limited and expensive parking in Queenstown. This centrally located car park always had lots available and charged NZD 36 max a day, which we thought was decent and allowed us to run about with our activities in town for the whole day.
Its a parking lot! Not much to talk about. Helpful if you are going to Skyline Gondola a bit of a steep walk from the car park - about 5 minutesnnIf you are looking for free car park and happy to walk, try the Queenstown Skate park 4 hours free limited spots but worth a try
Overcharging: I parked for under 4 and half hours . We have 8 parts of 30 minutes for total 4 hours . So in total I have 8 parts plus one additional parts i.e. 9 parts of 30 minutes which should be total of $31.5 9 * $3.5 but they charged me $42 at exit
