Was 1 hour over my 10 day pre paid parking due to a delay and got a 65$ fine, terrible service.
Pretty busy but organised.
Terrible experience, do not park here. Our flight was delayed so we went over our parking one hour our vehicle had been there for nearly two weeks and we got a fine of $65. Happy to pay a reasonable fine but $65 is ridiculous. By NZ law this is illegal, operators of private car parks can only charge what is reasonable to cover their loss. They were not interested in this and threatened to increase our fine if we didn't pay it.nnIf you're in the same situation as us and are a Consumer member, their advisers can help you sort out any private parking disputes like ours!
I paid rental here remotely fir seven months. What they didn’t tell me was that the car had been stolen. The owner told me that he would refund my parking but he never did. There are no security cameras and no security at all. Might as well park your vehicle on the side of the road. The owner of this business is a liar and a thief.
Great Service! I booked parking space for 4 weeks with these guys, I realized that I had booked the wrong departure/exit of the car park date by one day. A quick email to airport parking Queenstown had my booking amended in no time. I would recommend & use this service again. thanks
