We had an amazing time. It was my partners first time riding and hes super keen to keep trying now !.. Summer made the experience extra enjoyable and we got to know heaps about the horses ans how they use the surrounding land .. absolutely recomend .
Amazing landscape and lakes. But there was not much talking. No passion for her work. Just riding horses for 2.5 hours without much introduction of the landscape and lakes.
The best activity at Lake Tekapo. We must join the 3.5 hours trip next time!
We highly recommend!! The horses all had lovely temperaments & Summer was the best guide- super friendly and so good at keeping every calm. Even with an initially nervous kid, we felt we were in such safe hands. Fergus the Clydesdale was hilarious!
Absolutely incredible experience. The ride was through some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen, including down to the lake. I would recommend this horse trek to everyone regardless of abilty, as the wonderful guides are accommodating to all levels of horse riding experience.
We had a wonderful time. Summer was an excellent guide, friendly, attentive and engaging. The horses were amazing, I rode Axle, and he has the cutest habit of snacking on a rose hip or two during his walk. 5 star experience and we hope to do it again sometime soon
