Residential Tenant

The first step to a successful tenancy is to find a property through a reputable letting agent.

We will accompany you to view unoccupied properties where appropriate.

Be expected by the Landlord to take up appropriate references and check on payment history if you have rented a property previously

During the tenancy (if managed by ourselves) we will need access for routine management visits that we carry out on behalf of the Landlord. We will also require access should any maintenance or repairs that may have been requested by you as the tenant need to be carried out.
