My physiotherapist is ‘Cassandra’ and I see her on a regular basis..  I have found Cassie to be wonderful, professional, kind and a great asset to her organisation..I can’t recommend her or this centre enough.. An amazing place that Gladstone is lucky to have. See you all next year

Love all the group classes here. There is something for everyone and the instructors keep them interesting and innovative all the time. All of the staff is always helpful and lovely.

My daughter encouraged me to join her gym classes with Bee and I am enjoying the classes so much. I am learning a lot about my body and how to work muscle groups correctly.

Physio was great. Good service. Joined the gym but found the staff to be abit aloff. Cancelled gym but would go to the physio
