Had the most unpleasant experience from the shop. I'm getting hard of hearing in my old age and I misheard the woman serving me saying they only had half my subscription 7 pills were missing could I come back ! I live in the city so "NO "a special trip , 1 hour there and back with fuel costs are out of the question for me. She said in a rude way " SO YOU Don't want to take it. Only half the pills? I said can I get the rest in the city as that is where I live? "NO, So you want it or NOT"? "YOU WANT ME TO REDO THE PRESCRIPTION?" mm "yes I said?" She storms off annoyed I have changed my mind because of their supply issues . 5 minutes later she hand me back my subscription, " have a nice day" I won't be back , might try warehouse pharmacy, at least no charge on subscription very unpleasant experience.very rude and unsympathetic to someone who has loss of hearing and bad tinnitus ,
An excellent pharmacy. Professional knowledgeable friendly staff. They offer sound advise re medications. They also stock a small range of gifts. If they do not have something in stock they will advise where to get it or can sometimes order it in for you.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone going through severe illness or trauma.The staff are both professional and compassionate amd I am lucky that they happened to be my local pharmacy
