This pub, directly opposite Mornington Crescent tube station, is deceptively spacious inside. Staff were friendly but this place was really quiet mid-Saturday afternoon. Wide range of drinks options. Absolutely nothing wrong with this pub although a little expensive for the area but Camden has far better offerings. Probably won’t return.
The Lyttelton Arms, an extension of Mornington Crescent underground platform, a fine one indeed! Super staff behind the bar, engaging, efficient and friendly. A bit of a struggle for real ale drinkers as only one pale ale on cask. Not enough real ale drinkers coming in? My abiding memory is how delightful the lady serving me was. I wish the pub well.
Great pub, always buzzing in the week with fun music nights and a good quiz. Sports on the screens but not a “sports pub” so nice atmosphere. Cosy on a Sunday for lunch and some tasty beers
Right across the road from Mornington Crescent tube. Wonderful old pub in Camden with Koko opposite it’s perfect for pre concert food and drink. The food is fabulous with a wonderful vegetarian selection. I had the poke bowl and was very impressed! Staff were friendly, I had a table reserved and was delayed, staff were very accommodating extending my reservation accordingly. A fab experience!
Nice pub, friendly staff, good tunes. Good for watching sport, but you can avoid it if you'd rather not. Good looking food menu... and cocktails.
The pub is amazing, but the staff was very rude. I went to order a drink and both bartenders were talking to themselves and ignoring me. The feeling was as if I owed them something. To the management: it is a shame if you alow your staff to behave as they behaved tonight. The place is amazing but the bartenders had so much negative energy in them an I had to leave and continue drinking at blues kitchen which I don't like at all. Cheers
Lovely little pub with good food and a good range of beers - but playing music at a volume that means everyone is shouting and it’s really difficult to hear the people with you. Lyttleton Arms team - please turn the music down / off. We don’t need it to have a good time.
Bit expensive in a great location for all I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue fans opposite Mornington Crescent time station. Excellent selection of beers. Nice and quiet at half five on a Thursday evening
When booking for my baby shower/ birthday small gathering, the website stated they opened from 10am so I booked for my party to arrive from 12pm to give me time to get there and put a few little decorations around to make it a little more special. I arrived at 11.30am along with my disabled father with cake decorations only to find out it was closed and didn't open until 12pm. Whilst i was standing out in the rain at 33 weeks pregnant I looked on the website again and it still showed 10am and also on Google. This has now since been changed after letting the man who opened the doors to us it opened at 10am on their website and Google, we barly got an apology. If I would have known the time it was opened I would have either not booked or booked a different time slot so I wasn't rushing. The food, they hardly had anything instock and wasnt really aplogetic and the food we could ordered was very pricey for what it was. Overall experience wasn't great! Wouldn't choose to go their again for a gathering
Very disappointing pub with the worst service ever. We only went in there to watch Premiere League and it said “Live Sports” all over the outside. Before we ordered a beer we asked if they were showing any of the 4 PL games and they said “yes we’ll put them on” - but the bartender never even looked at the tv channels. 10 minutes later and no games on tv, we asked again and was again told “yeah I’ll look into it”, and he didn’t even move. 5-10 minutes later some tourists came in and also asked for football. They asked another bartender and he went to put a game on. After looking through their channels for 5 minutes he came back and said they didn’t actually have ANY of the channels that ANY of the games were on! It was the only reason that we stayed and ordered a beer and we had just wasted 30 minutes. What kind of pub writes “LIVE SPORTS” all over the front and then don’t even have any channels that shows other than golf???? Avoid this pub if you wanna watch sports, that’s for sure.
