Astonishing͏ Agents! Both Liam and Jobi were very professional but warm and easy to deal with. They listened to us and gave considered advice, which was very helpful in the current changing market. Charming͏ and Dedicated We met Jobie at an open home as we were deciding whether to Sell our property. Her Charm and Personality drew her to us. Her willingness to show us why we should use Her and Harcourts to sell our property over a 2.5 hour period the very next day was amazing, how could we say NO. Jobie makes everything feel so personal she wants to know about you and your family and your needs and so definitely goes out of her way to make it happen no matter how hard it might seem. Absolute͏ pleasure to work with It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jobi. Every step was explained in as much or as little detail as I needed and Jobi ensured I had all the info I needed. Sophie͏ knew what we were looking for, stuck with us and was positive throughout our search. Sophie is a positive agent, always looking to understand what our needs are and not giving up until we found it. There are a few agents out there who tell you what they think you want to hear but Sophie didn't do that. Instead she showed us places we didn't know we'd like and kept us positive when things didn't work out. She gave us solid advice and allowed us to navigate our way through a hard to understand landscape for new arrivals to NZ. Couldn't rate her any higher.
Great service secured a quick sale. Amanda and Sophie they work as a team stood out from other agents with their energy and market knowledge. We thought they were the ones to be able to sell our house and we were right. We had an offer in 6 days that is now unconditional and moving towards settlement. Great follow up with all the complexities of the process and excellent communications throughout.
Yane went above and beyond as our agent. She made the effort to understand what we were looking for and supported us throughout the entire house hunting process with advice, recommendations, and her time. She had excellent communication and was available whenever we needed her. Overall, she made the viewings fun and helped take some of the stress out of the ordeal by being her lovely and bubbly self! So͏ Lucky to have had Sally Pomeroy -Fitzergerald as my Agent Sally was such a lovely person to work with when I sold my house recently. I was amazed how much work she had to do to run the Open Homes. Her professional attitude and her communication with me was outstanding. After the open home she would inform me of any interest in the property she had received. As well I appreciated the support she gave me during the auction. I would gladly recommend Sally to anyone buying or selling their home.
