I just left lush and had the most exceptional customer service. Sadly I didn’t get her name she had a short black bob and a fringe, but I’ve been served by her a few times and every time she has been so pleasant and made me feel welcome.
Customer service was exceptional! Vince was an angel, he was very sweet and friendly and showed me his favourite bath bombs cause I can’t choose a favourite and also gave me some samples to use when I spend my night in Brisbane. Thankyou so much
One staff member was too lazy and disinterested in working there to help with anything. The other staff member was lovely, friendly and very helpful. She needs customer service training.
The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful every time I visit the store. When I visited LUSH yesterday, I felt extremely welcomed and the staff recommended products which were exactly what I was looking for.
