The makeup artist that did my makeup lesson was great. Super friendly and patient. Managed to convince me to try more daring looks. I still can't quite get it as flawless as she did but it's a big improvement from before. I'd give it 5 stars but they didn't offer any smaller travel sizes when I bought some of the products from the lesson - you can only buy full sized products??? By the end of it all, I spent $1000+ and only got a free foundation stick sample. A sample for a product I didn't even test and can't use because it doesn't match my skin way too yellow. I'd feel better about shopping there if they had travel sized versions for some of their products.

I was greeted by the Manager 'Rebecca' who exudes warmth, is a great listener and extremely skilled in her craft. Rebecca immediately had a good look at the tone of my skin and worked on matching shades and products that would be perfect for my skin tone. The result! a fresh new modern look, thanks to my new makeup guru and her amazing team.

I've always received exceptional service at Bobbi Brown Britomart both in-store and via phone orders. They're full of knowledge and the best at what they do. I've learned so much about which colours compliment my skin tone since visiting their store! A special thanks to Amiria for going out of her way to find me the closest current lipstick colour to a limited edition one I bought years ago!

I had a lovely lady pretty sure her name was Maria that did my make up, and it was flawless !!!! She's incredibly talented and friendly. I would highly reccomend getting make up done here

It would be really good to acknowledge people who walk into your store. Realise that you may be doing a make-up but a simple hello would be appreciated.

No website for shopping online. Also, their products are much more expensive verses buying Bobbi Brown products overseas.

Why is there no NZ web site with NZ prices????? Impossible to use
