Great company! Great service even though I can put through 3 small orders a day. I purchase one thing then see something else, it gets addictive with all the products they have. I will continue to use low and slow bbq for all my smoker needs and recommend to anyone else needing quality products!!

Fantastic customer service and everything arrived on time. They even called me to double check something on the order and helped sort out shipping when we realised we couldn't pick up, awesome to deal with.

I ordered product from this company which was never delivered. I emailed 4 times and tried to ring 5 times to get them to follow through on where my order was. I got no reply and they never answered their phone. After three weeks I am totally frustrated with this company and their service and would not recommend anyone using them

These guys have a fantastic range of quality products and at really good prices, I have ordered online 4 times and each time the order has been packed and shipped quickly and arrives soon after.  I sent an email query about a product and was answered straight away, excellent customer service.  So I highly recommend Low 'N Slow BBQ Supplies.

Outstanding business. Had a work function planned for the weekend, so thought we would try a new place for rubs. Rubs arrived at the beginning of the week, but the one I was relying on wasn't there, it was a different one. Emailed them, and with a quick response, situation was sorted, original ordered rub was in the post and arrived on the Friday, in time for my smoker! Super impressed and would definitely buy again

I can't believe how awesome these guys are from the get go, very fast response from online enquiry to delivery inspite what is happening around the country with covid. I am so happy with my new Oklahoma Joe Highland Offset Smoker. I nickname her "Smokin Jenny". I highly recommend these guys.
