KFC Lincoln Road

First of all; I would have given 0 stars if the option was available. Secondly; The food was ok, apart from the 3 missing portions of fries and 3 missing straws. Third; I feel KFC are not supporting their staff in any form of customer service training! And if they carry out performance developing reviews, this matter needs urgent attention! I’m assuming KFC as a global corporation has the relevant process in place! I will not be returning ever! I shall continue to visit McDonald’s instead.

Looks can be deceiving. Upon arrival, the establishment looks very run down and tired. Inside, the decor and furniture is rough. I really wasn't holding up much hope but we were hungry so thought we would risk it. When we got the food, the staff member was very happy and cheery, the food was fantastic. Hot, you could tell it was very fresh. Overall, Very surprised.

I don't want to give 1 Star also for service because they treat me like small immigrant child by making fun of me and telling me to leave the premises, even though I ordered from online. They told me to stand outside the store. Because it's closed for 3 weeks but the order went in online and I tried to tell them but some of them made fun of me, as if I don't speak English. Yes, I'm an immigrant so as the KFC company also, you also came from America. Well, this is what I felt at that time. Maybe not with other immigrant students, they do this behaviour. And when I got food I couldn't drink because it was raining outside and it spilled because I had an umbrella in one hand and on the second hand parcel for my KFC food.

Not gonna lie this was the fastest service I have ever received in a KFC. Speedy as heck!!!! Lovely staff. However, Katy perry was blasting through a muffled speaker and it made the atmosphere a mix of horror movie and sensational at the same timeFood: 5/5

After nearly 30 minutes stood waiting for food, despite people coming in, ordering and getting their food pretty much straight away, I went to the counter to ask where ours was, and was asked straight away 'well have you even ordered' by the very rude woman on the counter. Eventually she found our order on their screen, no apology, just said 'we'd get it soon'. We eventually received our food after 40 minutes stood waiting with the same woman saying 'sorry you've had to wait' whilst laughing. Shame that the service from the staff in here ruined it as the food was really good.

Dropped in here 07/01/23 what a mistake. Ordered family bucket + 1 additional meal and recieved a bucket of drumsticks? Why call a variety bucket when it should be a drum stick bucket?? Tried to change and staff rather rude and uncooperative as too busy chatting and phones. Servers response was " you get what you get" Well guess what a consumer has choices and the big M at least know how to care for customer satisfaction. My advice go elsewhere or accept what you are given???

Poor service, no hot drinks, no maltesers crushem even though on website. 10 fries per person. No sauces were in the bag. Not given bottles of water had to ask for them. Chicken squashed into small boxes with fries in small paper bags on top. All put in a really thin brown bag, fries just warm when eaten. Gravy really thick. Poor quality food.

What a dump. Waited for ever while the inadequate staff dealt with only two customers before telling me they don't sell hot drinks. Not done for a couple of months due to faulty equipment. Had to pay for a very inflated Pepsi max which was very watered down. Next door Macdonalds for full. There was a reason obviously.

Fantastic even though it was very busy all stall helpful and friendly Very tasty good parking The only minus is the building is a bit run down could do with a revamp but that aside definitely go again

Not necessarily Newark KFC but when using the app in Newark, it never works! But it would take the money out my bank account even after claiming the transaction has failed when try to order food through the app Refund after a day so need more money to order without reward at the till… not fun! KFC should fix their problems! Actually, it happened few times in Newark in particular, when I order zinger tower meal and just received a zinger meal instead… so since I always double check my meals before driving off!
