Story

Hello there, I'm Sophie and this is my HypnoBirthing and Childbirth Education facebook page. Here I will share facts about birth, stories, photos and videos to help women erase any fear or limiting thoughts they might have surrounding birth, labour and pregnancy. I believe birth is a beautiful life experience, one that can be enjoyed when you have confidence, knowledge and the right tools.

Birth is a natural, normal and healthy human experience. Women's bodies are created to conceive, nurture and give birth. HypnoBirthing teaches woman to feel empowered by birthing and that it is one of life's most joyous experiences.

After my beautiful birthing experience using Hypnobirthing techniques I decided I wanted to share my experience and help other woman to believe in their bodies, trust their natural instincts and make birth the beautiful life experience it should be. After completing the training course and studying like crazy, I am proud to say I am now a fully qualified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and will be running classes in Papamoa.
