Basic accommodation with everything we needed. Clean and tidy. 5 stars because they were more than accommodating of us having to change our booking twice, both on the day of arrival, due to our rental car breaking down.Rooms: 4/5

Excellent handy location within city. Very kind and helpful lady at the office. Allowed us to check-in early. Comfortable beds, very tidy rooms and great shower all this made our stay very comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

Had everything we needed, good room, comfy bed, bathroom and usable kitchen area; all at a good price - showing signs of age here and there, but nothing that would put you off or ruin your visit!Rooms: 5/5

Good place to stay, nice units, fairly good pricing, love the location as its really quick to town, supermarket, everything. Will definitely return here again.

The lady was friendly & always assisted us which is the only good thing. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Blankets they provided were next to nothing for all the beds in the place with only 1 small heater??? The spa pool isn’t currently there so that’s false hope when booking?! Wifi is awful to connect too, super slow & doesn’t barely work. Wouldn’t recommend again!

Adorable, not impressed with the shower blocked, stove wasn't cleaned and had 3 blown light bulbs. But for the price can't complain.Rooms: 2/5

As grown up in Kaitaia, I was blown away with Jenny and her staff, so friendly, rooms clean and tidy, my kids had a very wonderful time in the pool. A+ we will be back. Thanks heaps. For making our stay AWESOME!!!!Rooms: 5/5

Clean and tidy everything we needed Close to town and east parking Very quiet Second time we have stayed and most helpful considering it was short notice Beds were comfy and plenty of linen and extra pillows on hand in the cupboard

The hotel was more of a 'meh'. We had a one bedroom apartment which would sleep atleast 3. The bed was comfy and there was also a fan in case you needed it. The room was reasonably clean for its price. The kitchenware was not convincingly clean.Rooms: 3/5
