Please note 1 star related to facilities NOT staff, staff were amazing!! But in room everything outdated. Shower real dirty, didn’t drain either, also only 2min of warm water. Plugs done in an odd way I guess you would call it, doesn’t look like professional had done it. Heater was a little random heater which hardly heated room on full. Won’t be back sadly.
Arrived at 10:30pm at night with a bike, and after ringing a bell- promptly arrived to get me booked in quickly. Great value for moneyRooms: 5/5
Basic, but clean and tidy. Their restaurant was excellent. Handy location. Friendly staff.Rooms: 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here. Close to town. Service was awesome. The staff were so helpful. Entertainment room was a good way for my tamariki to let off some steam lol. I wanted to try the pizza oven lol. Must be for next time I'm in Kaitaia again

The Staff were accommodating at short notice considering all the accommodation had been booked out for the Easter weekend They brought in extra bedding and blankets for the extra Family that otherwise would of had no where to sleep. We found the staff helpful rooms were of standard and advised they are doing a change over of names so updating of the establishment will be forth coming. Handy location. Easy parking outside room. Plenty of tea, coffee, towels We had two rooms between us Both rooms had what you needed in a room whilst away.

Toilet was spoiled had to flush - could not access tv - toilet light did not work - cistern system seemed to continually sound. Shower was cold or cold . Worse sleep . Very amateurish and still got charged full price . Fffs attitude was must tell handy man. .Rooms: 1/5
Place is dated and in need of a revamp. Shower water was really weak, and cutlery was a bit dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable. The owner is lovely and hospitable. There’s a a good size swimming pool which the kids enjoyed. Also within short walking distance to restaurants and other restaurants and takeaways.
This is a old worn out place. Service is ok but the accomodation is not worth living. Old shower was very risky to operate as it was very difficult to adjust water temp. Hardly any cutlery provided. Needs complete renovation.
