Second time we've been here for a work function.. they are very accommodating. Food was amazing! Tho some long waits for some meals but they were very busy for a Sunday so understandable plus they did communicate this to us and super friendly too. Would definitely go back.
The service was friendly the food was delicious .Lamb rump was cooked to perfection...so tender! and portion size was more than enough. My mum loved her caesar salad too. Will definitely return with the family :
My time at lone star New Lynn was great!!! I highly recommend this place. I had to change out some things in my meal, and they happily did it, no extra cost. The restaurant is vibrant and warm. The food came quickly and was nice, and the waiter asked how we were. The service is great, and it's a reasonable price too. They have an app where you get points for money spent, and I can't wait to go back and get 15 dollars off me next meal.
Staff are friendly and the food are also good. I also appreciate the quick service since our order didn’t take long to arrive despite the restaurant being fully booked.
Food as always outstandamazing huge portions and the staff were just on point. Celebrated my sons 5th birthday staff made his night gifting him a lone star t-shirt definitely be back again
I got the 400g pork. This was really disappointing, most of the meat was stuffing, the pork was dry, crackling was soft. Also a disappointment was swapping the coleslaw for what I though was hot veggies and instead got cold raw veggies, this was an additional cost of $2.50. Total pork meal was $41 not worth the money. Our starter of the calamari was good and the nachos were good too, great service and cleaning environment. Just not a great pork meal.
Food was delicious. But we had waited for 40 mins, till 7.35pm finally got a table. all others came after us got served earlier than us. The reason given were they only have 2 seat and 4 seat table available but not 3 seaters table. And someone who called in was prior to who walked in. My 3 year old baby was so hungry. When we decided to give up then we were given a table with 4 seats. We waited another 40 mins for mains to come. Lucky us, we had starter ordered.
Amazing food, awesome service we waddled out of there.
Great feed and super friendly funny staff. Can recommend the birthday $99 for 32 ribs deal. Fed the 4 of us and then some. Thanks lone star and happy birthday
