Family orientated restaurant, even though this restaurant can get very busy, customer service here is never undermined. Atmosphere is lively. Food is very nice. The desserts are delicious with The Milky Bar Pudding being the standout

. . ..nnThe lovely gentleman at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable by finding a booth table for myself and hubby.nnAdditionally, we were impressed by the prompt service we received when we placed our orders. The efficiency of your staff made our dining experience even more enjoyable.nnWe are looking forward to returning to Lonestar Manukau for dinner again soon and will definitely recommend you guys to our friends and family.

Overall great experience. The reason for 4/5 on the atmosphere was just that it was quite noisy but that means they were busy which was nice to see.nnI had the ribs with chips which was good like before. My dad ordered the Lassoo Hog and was disappointed to find it wasn't crackled like the menu said, we did raise this to a waitress who tried to solve the problem, however, we ended up speaking with Sofia, duty manager, who offered a solution to fix it, and came to check in that we were happy.nnGreat job ensuring happy customers, we were so stuffed there was sadly no room for dessert, but we will be back.nnThanks Sofia and the team!

Excellent Service our waitress was awesome and was amazed that she knew who ordered what food and drinks. The food was fresh, hot and so scrumptious! Will definitely come back!

Had dinner here with a few friends. We really enjoyed our time and the service was great. It was a Wednesday night so it wasn't busy. We really enjoyed ourselves. love my dinner and desert
