KFC Manukau

Staff members were super nice when I asked for a spoon and napkins.nService was so quick like food was piping hot and ready within 5 minutes.nChicken was delicious but more oily than the other kfcs I’ve been too, soaking through the boxes it was served in! Legit dripping of the chicken.nPotato and gravy was so watery there was like barely any potato in it.nThere was some pigeons just chilling in the restaurant trynna eat the chicken, is that cannibalism? Lol. A little unhygienic but staff were on top of cleaning and wiping down surfaces so it was allgoodnClose to the rainbows end theme park and manukau mall so good stop for lunch

I request for fresh fries and food but that lady give me soggy fries and again I request her to give me fresh fries. Again she did same thing. When i ask for manager she said i am manager. Very poor service if she don't know about customer service just stay home. I will never go ..disappointed

bruh the hygiene standards are so bad barely any staff wear gloves so theyre out here touching peoples food and fries with their bare hands. also i seen that my food was ready to be served but one guy for some reason went through the bag, took out a burger, opened it idk why then poorly wrapped it and chucked it back in with no care. like why? it wasnt even busy so idk why he did that. food was fine tho which i guess is most important

Been here a few times and the service was ok. This particular time they had a line in the drive thru but were not overly busy. The person who took my order was rushing, that when I got to the payment window he had to add on what he missed. While I was waiting for him to give me my change I saw they had put my order out like this at the pick up window. I get that they were busy but is this the norm now? Like seriously they can’t wait till I drive up and spend 5 seconds handing me my order - also there was something wrong with it so I spent extra time waiting to get someone’s attention. Overall food is okay, service needs work.

Food as good as always, the workers are tops and even when it's busy parking is chill and wait time is short as. Even at its peak I've never waited for longer than 15 minutes when ordering for multiple people. Kfcs food quality is usually fairly consistent it's everything else that matters and when it comes to KFC manukau they have it all down perfect
