KFC Manukau

The food was nice and fresh, and it came out really fast. The customer service was quick and friendly. The place was busy when we went, but there were heaps of parking spaces outside. Overall, a good spot to grab a meal.

Had just finish my walk and was craving a chicken wrap, my fams told me to try the KFC one in manukau that it’s really good, so I wanted to jump on board and glad I did because it was soooo good, the chicken was so moist and tender and the salad and sauce was on point. I ordered chips to go with it and the chips were soo fresh waste the time going for my walk lol. Also the staff their were friendly and helpful, sorry if I’m wrong but I think her name is Neta just from what I remember from her name tag just wanted to mention her and her service when I came in and also to the young lady, on her name tag it said Jazzlyn, she literally cleaned up straight after we had finish eating, service with a smile and she done just that. Awesome service and the food was on I’ll definitely be back for more

KFC Manukau - Beyond Disappointing Food Quality and Accuracyn​Overall Rating: 1/5 Starsn​This was, without a doubt, one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. I visited the KFC Manukau branch and was thoroughly disappointed not only by the quality of the food but also by the terrible order accuracy.n​The chicken pieces were shockingly dry, hard, and clearly overcooked, tasting like they had been sitting in the hot box for hours. The coating lacked any of its signature crispiness and was tough to bite through. Worse still, the temperature was barely lukewarm, suggesting it was far from fresh.n​To top off the poor quality, our order was completely wrong and incomplete. We were missing the chips entirely, and the staff gave us the wrong burger instead of what we requested. The side item we did receive, the gravy, was watery and tasteless. Considering how expensive KFC has become, the combination of terrible food, missing items, and incorrect orders is completely unacceptable. This branch needs a serious overhaul of its food preparation and quality control processes. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

Everything from the food, atmosphere and most definitely the staff was 10/10 as Alexan gave me the best kfc experience ever. He was very genuine and kind, checking up on all the people in the restaurant, keeping it neat and tidy. Not once did I see this man slack, he deserves a raise!
