KFC Manukau

Dear KFC Manukau,nThis is 3rd time so no other choice then putting a review.n1. Last year so i can't remember the date but when i complaint about the quality of chicken on counter after a argument it was replaced.n2. Last week I order one lunch snack with spicey chicken paying extra but ending up with regular but I did not bother.n3. Today again same order and found the best burger in the world with lots of sauce and lettuce. I'm sure KFC did not run out of lettuce and sauce.

Bought the 3pc quarter pack and replaced the regular chicken with Hot & Spicy $1.20 extra to swap... got 2 wicked wings and the H&S two wing piece instead, so four wings pretty much. How do you mistake 2 big pieces of H&S chicken with two small wicked wings?!?nnHonestly gobsmacked as to how you mistake the Wicked Wings for H&S, was a letdown to see when I opened the box for dinner after work.nnFood was still great tho, so props to the cook but still... i wanted my big H&S not 4 wings.

I ordered a 20pcs wicked wings, large gravy and a 1.5l coke but the coke didn’t arrive. I want a refund for this one. It’s clearly indicated on the order that I ordered a coke but it didn’t arrived and when I’m trying to call them they’re not answering and just keeps ending the call.

Bought two tower burger got home one burger two pieces of chicken other one only one piece of chicken try to phone no answer not happy at all

As we were observing what was happelning around us while eating ,we noticed a young lady named Romi Trainee using her initiative to do what needed to be done e.i wiping down all the tables, sweeping up, filling up the drinks in the fridge etc. M She was also very polite, had a lovely smile and great customer service skills. She was the only one working consistently whilst everyone else wasnt. It wasnt busy, but slow , however she didnt just stand around gossiping and just being lazy, but found things to do. We are old school, so we know what work is and how to work. This young lady Romi impressed us hence why I gave 5 stars for service, because of Romi. Shes only a trainee, and will be at Cavandish Drive KFC next week...The usual workers in my opinion could learn a thing or 4 from this young lady, Romi..being so young too. Bravo Romi. Keep up the fantastic work.nWe thank you for your hard work.nnP.S - I just remembered that the chips that were given to us was so salty that I asked Romi if she could replace them with non salted chips, which she did immediately.nWe were thankful and told her so.nLast but not least, the toilets were very very disgusting. When customers use toilets here, they should always be cleaned frequently thoroughly because alot of bottoms sit on them, doing what we all do in toilets. Someone could have any sort of contagious desease, or have diarrhea which can soread from one person to another, which needs to be thoroughly cleaned with Ajax and Bleach together. Its important to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in any food places - Restaurants, pubs, cafes with toilets, takeaways etc.Not only is it great practice sticking to basic health and safety protocols, but its important for ones reputation as a business and I think it shows how they appreciate their customers.nIts amazing how reputation can affect a business, not just an individual or persons.n
