Each time we've stayed here it's been a nice experience. Clean and comfortable rooms. The owner is really lovely, and the spa pool is lovely to sit and relax in Rooms: 5/5
We stayed for one night on our way to Napier. Very clean rooms with a spa bath. As an amazing bonus, the proprietor informed us on arrival that there was no restaurant We didn’t expect one and the shops are walking distancebut they were doing Lamb Shanks Room Service! $25. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Really lovely motel. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The spa pools are great, only disappointed I didn't get to use it. Owner was lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again Can recommend
Had 2 days there. Had 2 problems that made our stay not so good,the air conditioner in our room was noisy which was bad even if you turned off it would make noises. The worst was the internet dropped off all the time. Saw Eddie who was nice but hopeless internet. Nice room if they fix this up we’d stay again. Friendly staff too. Rooms: Nice
For our club that stayed... we enjoyed ourselves made abit of noise... the owners were goods with us polite... spa bath was onnnh... don't full the spa with hot water coz itl run out 4 the rest of the rooms... meke hospitality definitely refer others to go stay Rooms: Little bit of ants Warm Comfortable
Great motel to stay at. We've stayed here twice in the last 4 weeks. Excellent, friendly service. Clean units with fresh, crisp bedding and a lovely out door spa. Great air cond unit. We so recommend this great value for money establishment. Thanks for awesome hospitality Eddie. You are a major reason why we will come back often.
Absolute life savers! My partner and I showed up very late with a young baby looking for a place to stay. Would 100% recommend staying, I definitely know I will when passing through Whakatane, it’s pretty central so not too far from everything. Thank you so much Eddie and Jessie Rooms: 5/5

Such a great place to stay with helpful and welcoming hosts. I loved the customer service there! Room was awesome as, clean and tidy - staff were on hand when I ran in to a late-night problem and helped with a big smile on their faces. See you next time!
