Linda Teng is a well-known real estate agent in the North Shore area. As we are the first home buyer, we lack of experience and honestly not really sure if we are on the right direction regarding the house hunting. Compare to other real estate agents we encountered from many other open homes, Linda has a great altitude, made us feel very comfortable during the first open home session. Apart from professionally introduce the property, she also helped us better understand our own situation, she is extremely helpful, considerate and outstanding. She answered all the questions we had at that time and it's really helpful for us to make the decision. After the auction, Linda managed all the paper works smoothly that I am always on the same page with her, I have no concerns at all by working with Linda. Committed,͏ professional and amazingly fast! I couldn't have asked for anything more from my experience with Linda. Within 24 hours of making contact, she met with me and we decided on strategy. A week later, the house went to market, supported by a full set of marketing materials, an ambitious target, and a vigorous online campaign that made the most of her social media connections.  Four days later, after the first weekend of Open Homes, the house sold for close to the asking price in a buyers' market where most sellers were having to make painful compromises. She negotiated a short conditional period and the house went unconditional only a week later. I was delighted.  Linda was professional, sharp and very alert to the market. Her negotiating skills are excellent, and she was always, very visibly, on my side. The whole experience was painless and seamless, and made a potentially difficult time very straightforward indeed.

Linda is the one to choose!  To find a home that satisfies all wonders was difficult, with a decent market price was close to giving up… We have been searching for numerous months, went to many open homes to find very few we have interest in.  Having Linda by our side, with her expertise and sharp vision on the housing market, it was assuring. Alongside all those truthful opinions she has been giving us, you can feel that she is viewing properties from your perspective, as if she is looking for her own home. Highly Recommend Linda Teng  I met Linda Teng in July last year when I was struggling in seeking my dream house. It was a lovely house in Albany Heights, and Linda as the listing agent, gave me a comprehensive introduction of  the house and the local community. In addition, she provided lots of relevant and informative advice about bidding when I attended the auction.  I couldn't win the bidding without her great help for sure. She also actively communicated with the house owner to make the settlement more smoothly under the pandemic circumstance.
