As much as I love buying by Lincraft, I also disliked going here. I was denied my human right to use their bathroom as there were no other public bathroom facilities in the close proximity of the shopping centre. Was told sorry no bathroom yet they do have for their personal but no empathy for their customers.
Love this store, so sad it's closing, always helpful
Helpful, friendly staff.nGreat prices. $10.00 birthday voucher made shopping even better.
Very disappointed in lack of variety of wool in store. Lots of empty space on shelves. I actually wondered if it might be preparing to close down
Horrible customer service from your cashier. Try be a bit more friendly next time and lose that condescending tone!
