I have never encountered such an urgent response across the nation. The sales representative's response was completely unacceptable.nnI visited the store to exchange my fishing rod. I was immediately informed that it was not possible without any explanation. This occurred at the Taupo store.

Alot of clothing to view. Dislike the smell of the dye in the Hunting & Fishing brands though. Loved seeing the teenager staff lying on the floor scrubbing it lol.
