My partner and I came in here on 21/12 at about 8.30pm and unfortunately did not get names but two men I think one was named Callum? ended up helping us as my partner had bad dermatitis on his hands and they were both so caring and helpful and had some great recommendations for him. I decided to write a review as it’s quite rare to have people actually want to help and have knowledge about products especially at this time of year! Highly recommend coming here!

I choose not to shop here as I prefer the service I receive elsewhere. I have noticed however, that there are hardly ever any customers in this pharmacy and they * the shop assistants, watch you like a hawk which is very off putting. I stopped in to test some perfumes with my daughter and two shop assistants stood and stared at my daughter and I very intensly, it was a very uncomfortable experience and rude, what happened to service with a smile? It's just weird. We left quickly, rather go somewhere like 'chemist warehouse'where I can happily browse for what I want without being watched like that. It's as if they do not trust their customers and treat everyone as if they are there to shop lift or something. No thanks.

The customer services is quite unprofessional. The lady named Jenny is very rude. Learn some politeness while talking to your customers. If I could I would have rated you zero star.

Great customer service. Best and latest products. Best selection of perfumes and often cheaper than duty free. The events they have are awesome. Just had best facial from dior and free gifts with purchase. Loyalty program too.

Went in to store to get samples of Foundation the normal lady was on break had a young girlbefore she had handed me the samples she was speaking in her language to another customer and turn to help her not asking me if I need anymore help which I wanted to buy some other makeup products. I’d just came from Mac store where I brought just under $300 of product Worst and rudest service I’ve ever experienced

I got my vaccine here and was advised the 15% discount so thought what a great time to buy my partner perfume... got home no 15% discount.. rang the store told "sorry she was a part time worker and didnt know"! Is that your best excuse???????

I saw a fantastic team member called Jess who works at the Clinique counter. She is such a kind, thorough, and helpful person and I’d recommend her to anyone. I came in with with a difficult request salicylate free make up products and she spent ages looking through all the ingredients checking them with me and didn’t make me feel bothersome - massive thanks, I’ll be back!

They advertise 'in store" 15% discount as an incentive for covid vaccine plus points on your "living rewards card" .... hmmm pity part time staff are just ignorant! I spent $400 with Estau Lauder counter ... no discount she claimed the 15% on toothpaste! etc Come on "LIFE PHARMACY - RICCARTON

Lots of variety and products, staff helpful and quick to offer service. Only drawback is the pharmacy can take quite a while to prepare an order. Tip - put order in and go away for coffee/shop and return an hour later to pick up otherwise you can be waiting a long time over 30 minutes for my last order
