I loved this place. I went in real early, I think it was at 5:30. They have classes from 6 am, ladies restroom has hairdryers and I saw some straightners, and the staff was real patient with me asking questions and there is a woman's section. That's a lot of information, but that's the things I liked

It's definitely a gym

Its very big gym and if you need there is a coach and there alot of staff.

My daughter goes to classes and she took me to a couple.... Sore for days!! but was enjoyable
