Nice and clean gym. Lots of options available to anyone who joins. Thank you Garrick Hardly for your support and introduction. Great team and much recommend to anyone else wanting to attend a 24/7 health and fitness institution. Kia Ora koutou katoa, Mauri Ora!!!
Class was great; just beware that if you are new you will be pressured into taking a health screening, which in my case was deeply body shaming, privacy invasive, and wildly inappropriate for taking a simple exercise class. Do go to the class--mine was good-but don't allow yourself to get bamboozled like I did.
Great little gym and health club. Very friendly staff
Classes are small and intimate. Trainers are inclusive of all skill, fitness and health requirements. Very friendly and encouraging environment
