Absolutely͏ incredible service from start to finish! I loved working with Ellie Jane and her team..they always included me in everything, I never once felt like I didn't know what was going on. We decided to employ Lesley McNeil of Harcourts as our estate agent in preference to another agency we had consulted.  Right from the start she impressed us with her friendly, positive attitude and this continued for the whole time she dealt with the sale of our house.  She was always on time for appointments and welcomed viewers in her usual friendly way.  Her conduct of Open Homes was exemplary.  In the present state of the housing market we were becoming increasingly concerned at the time it was taking for the house to sell but she remained calm at all times and reassured us that a property like ours was sure to go – and it did to buyers whom we liked. If͏ you want an agent that goes the extra mile choose Renee you won’t be disappointed. We decided to go with Renee after receiving some advertising material from her in the mail. This turned out to be the best decision. Renee is extremely helpful her communication was amazing the whole way through the process.  Never being left to wonder what  was going on we were informed of everything through the whole process and being out of town this was extremely helpful.  She has a never give up attitude and worked on the sale right up to the last minute literally. Renee was always professional and made suggestions along the way that proved to be the correct way to go. Her advice was always spot on. She understood what we were wanting and provided us with exactly what we needed.  We sold in a very difficult market but Renee still managed to bring us more than one offer with a few more people waiting in the wings. Kinloch is a small specialised market so we thought getting multiple offers was pretty amazing.  As we all know buying and selling a property can be very stressful but nothing  was ever a problem. With Renee’s positive attitude she was a always fantastic to deal with and she got the result we needed.  Thank you Renee it’s been a pleasure.
