Story

After listening to our clients, regularly say how much they enjoy personal service and dealing with someone who genuinely cares about them and their reasons for selling or buying. Understanding their needs or goals, with the next or perhaps first Real Estate experience. This is, as most of us realise is what all successful sales people achieve for their clients.

For some time we have wanted to extend that philosophy to the entire workings of a Boutique office, with a small team offering a very personal service.

Creating an office that isn’t impersonal like a large international Bank but a welcoming and friendly environment lets you know immediately that your business is valued. At the same time, valuing and supporting the team that deliver the service.

It is our long term goal is to keep our overheads as light as possible by keeping the business and structure simple, by utilising modern systems and technology to our advantage. We are committed to passing the saving on to you, our truly valued clients and offering you a less expensive commission structure.

On board are a small group of like minded professional Real Estate agents, who share a desire to keep improving our service. Working together to give you an alternative to the current Real Estate options….and save you money !
