This is a great place for trees that r already a good size. The people r knowledgeable and helpful and I've always got the trees I was looking for. Delivery although quick was unfortunately not great as there was damage to three trees. Some small branches were broken and hanging but what was awful was the weeping Acer I'd bought had its central lead broken out and this had a good cluster of branches off it. I sent Leafland an email about this but after 5 working days there has not been any response from them. No apology, which I expected. Its disappointing I've been using them for years, and every customer should matter. Maybe they'll read this and learn.
Absolutely outstanding service, 10+ star rating. Right from the initial contact all the way through to delivery, Lucky provided a service that was simply brilliant - first class communication, guidance on tree purchase including photo, arranged different options for transport for me to choose from and the tree arrived in Christchurch the day after I paid for it. The tree and service was everything I could have wished for. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you so so much!!!!!
At the time I received my tree I can tell it is a top quality one. Maybe it is too good as I was expecting 0.5m shorter than the one I actually got. Overall all it is an excellent nursery that you should trust. And the deliver person is quite nice and helpful.
Leafland were fantastic to deal with. A slight error during purchase meant we got the wrong tree. But Leafland were so helpful and immediately sorted the issue out. Friendly and very fair with excellent customer service, I rate them 10/10. If I'm looking for another tree in the future, Leafland will be the very first place I ask. Very happy customer. Bought some great xtra large Griselinias back in summer from Leaf land. Just recieved some great advise to help rectify a problem we created by using the wrong mulch. Thank you for saving the trees. I do not hesitate recomending Leaf land to anyone.nGreat business and people and plants.
