I called the 0800 number to check availability of a specific item, which wasn't available at my local Gilmours. I spoke with Gilmours Central's Haley Lethbridge, who was engaging, knowledgable and beyond helpful. Hayley demonstrated a commitment to customer service which was nothing short of remarkable and worth acknowledging if not applauding. Hayley is a customer service Superstar and deserves appropriate recognition and reward. Why? She personally brought the locally unavailable product with her to Hamilton, where she was having a weekend holiday away with her family. Unbelievable. I went and picked it up from her from where she was staying. In my opinion, a business will grow or falter based on customer service. Thank you Hayley - you're the best.

Good place for bulk food buying. Jesus you can spend your wages in here well what's left of them these day. Have to have a loyalty card to shop here but if you want to buy bulk for a cheaper price, can't go wrong.
Always enjoy shopping here and have always been happy with the quality.nWent there on Sunday and was served by a person eating their lunch at the checkout. Was not a good experience.
