Our newborn photo session with Laura was the perfect first bonding experience as a new family. She was both professional and amazing to watch. Our newborn was just so at ease the entire time. The photos were so beautiful and we’re excited to share it to our families and friends.

We have had the most wonderful experience having family photos taken by Laura Ridley Photography. With every step of the way, we have had amazing service and the communication has been impeccable. On the day, the portrait session was fun! We had a great time, simply being a family, laughing and sharing in special moments - beautifully captured in images that will be treasured and passed onto our loved ones. Thank you so much - we look forward to the next opportunity to create and capture special memories. If you are want to capture magical moments with your Newborn then AVOID this company. After ‘winning’ a Facebook competition that’s where the excitement ended. I had arranged the photoshoot to be done when my mum and younger sister were over from England and meeting my son for the first time. I had Informed Laura Ridley Photography of this and filled out/answered many repetitive questions regarding expectations from the shoot. Finally the day arrived and the answers to the questions must have been put in the bin as nothing was as I had answered. I chose to have the shoot outside and quickly got the impression that the photographer wasn’t happy with my choice. We drove 30 minutes to get to their outside location and after 5 minutes and very basic photos with not even moving us to change the background we were informed she was done! I went on to raise some concerns from the day but no other staff member seemed bother- must just be the normal feedback they receive. I was hoping they could have been a long-standing photographer for all my family occasions but never again!

Ladies were lovey and great at settling and moving our newborn in PN, our session was quick and they were able to take some precious shots. But we were doing the “free” complementary photoshoot with two free prints, we only received one of the pictures which was a shame, and looked unedited as you could see our boys nappy through the outfit they dressed him in. After emailing to let them know we only received one print they apologised and said they would send the second photo we were super greatful - it’s been over a month and we have not received anything. Pretty upset about it as the photos were great and would have been lovely to put on our wall.

Absolutely loved my photos I had done of me and my kids, the staff were friendly and answered all my questions I had and offered me a stand alone session to accommodate my son who has special needs and doesn’t like lots of people around I am absolutely in love with all my photos and will definitely go back for more. Thank you so much for being so understanding with my family.

Absolutely love our photos. My girls loved being able to dress up for the photo shoot. Hopefully they get more clothes for the boys to dress up too!

Awful experience. Sheduled a consultation call but never turn up. Received a short text stating confirmed called 1hr before scheduled time. Tried to reach but never answered or return the voicemail or email sent. Imagine this happens during your newborn or maternity shoot. Do not recommend this place.

Laura and her team are fantastic! They go above and beyond to ensure your experience with them is just as memorable as your photo's. Laura is wonderful with children and beautifully captures moments that you will treasure for a lifetime. We are so delighted with the high quality art work we now have on display in our home. Highly recommended!
