I recently went to the funeral of a friend and while I was outside quite upset a staff member called Hannah came over to me and offered water and tissues. Hannah was so compassionate and made me feel comfortable and ready to go inside. I’m so thankful that she was there on such a hard day. I hope that she knows how appreciated her support was and that she made my day easier by just being there and being so kind.
I went to this place at age 10 for my ten-year-old friend's funeral. It was my first funeral I've been to. I really liked the service and learnt so much about her. They were so good and professional and very understanding for the family. The man hosting it I don't know what they call them even cried a bit. So lovely and a great venue. Loved the ducklings in the pond sort of place. Food afterwards was awesome. So lovely and accessible there was a lot of disabled people there as she had spinal muscular atrophy I would definitely recommend it.
We cant thank Lamb and Hayward enough. Right from the first contact, we were put at ease. It's a very confusing time and the team made it as easy as possible. Excellent communication throughout. Right from the beginning with our funeral director Anne. Then to our wonderful celebrant Justine, through to our last point of contact, Amanda. Our mother was treated with grace and respect as were we. Very professional and empathetic.nHighly recommended.
Words can't describe how amazing Lamb and Hayward are. Their compassion, empathy, sensitivity and kindness from the first moment you contact them, all the way through what is a difficult time. Despite the sad reasons for needing to engage with them, they will always be the first place I will call when the need arises. Huge thanks to Wendy for her amazing and tireless work and service.
We went to say good bye to a beloved friend ... first impression was very simple but elegant. The parking was very close. The staff were lovely. The viewing room was small but private.
