Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Grant and the John Rhind team. I lost my mother suddenly and I was left to plan the funeral by myself.nnFrom beginning to the final handover of my mothers ashes, I was treated with utmost care and offered any assistance possible.nnThe spectacular chapel and grounds was truly a beautiful and welcoming sight. All staff were helpful and friendly, we were even allowed to include mums dogs in the service as well as allowing the dogs to say goodbye at the casket viewing.nnShe was so well looked after, thank you for making it such a special day. I cannot express how grateful I truly am.
I would give John Rhind more than 5 stars if I could. From my first enquiry and email I was treated with respect, courtesy and kindness. My queries were answered with understanding and compassion. Although we are a very small case but we have been looked after well in every process. I would recommend John Rhind if family and friends would need this type of services one day.
