Story

My name is Monique and I live in Sydney, Australia with my husband, beautiful little girl and gorgeous baby boy.

Since becoming a full time Mum I have taken up sewing and discovered a real passion for creating. However, as I could only make so many clothes for myself and my daughter (and more recently, my son), I decided to start making things to sell.

I started making iPad covers and bags when I first opened my shop and then started adding cute skirts and dresses for little girls made in gorgeous 100% cotton designer fabrics. I then added some custom orders for corduroy pinafores and some lovely soft corduroy pants for boys and girls. Most of my outfits are ONE OF A KIND as I like to order a whole range of fabrics instead of buying all the same fabrics to make multiple items. Occasionally if I have some fabric left over I will make something else similar.

My Facebook page allows me to showcase the fabrics I have and let people know what I'll be making. I recently posted photos of some bookends and a photo display frame I made for my baby boy. I'm considering making these to sell but would start out with pre-orders. I may also add some kid's bedroom door plaques and am also keen to make some laminated cotton art smocks and bibs/aprons and a few other practical gifts for children so do check back.
