A staff named Elane is super amazing at Mt Wellington Labtest. She is very polite, friendly as well as very very gentle. I never had so easy Covid test before. Amazing at what she is doing :

The lady at the front told me the PCR test time should be fine for the trip. I asked twice if the results can be send to me a day before the flight, she said it is fine they have done this for a lot of people. And here I am with a test results that is 2 hour short from the required validation. In result, it cost me $1200 to reschedule the flight. THANKS A LOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Booked an appointment for my wife at Mt Wellington branch. When we tuned up staff said that there’s no appointment being made.My pregnant wife had to stay fasting for ten hours.Worst psrt is she was advised to do an immediate test.Very bad experience and service

The testing lab is fully equipped biggest of all Labtest I have visited so far in Auckland. The facilities are good and most of the blood, X-ray and other tests are done here. Somw of the tests are free for New Zealand citizen and permanent residency which are sponcered by state.

Staffs are friendly. Have pre departure covid-test done here and got the result very soon at a standard order.

One of the rubbish staff ever. This guys don't know how to talk customer on call. Stupid and Rude staff response on call . Never get any test done here. There is no 0 star . You guys should be in <0 category..

Bad service new trainee last Saturday I stand up from 7 am to have a covid study test this is 3rd time they mack me around. Dr aware now I got to stand 7am to be in first cue and 8am start. Ridiculous service that Saturday trainee not very happy!!! Note. Just now As usual came for covid study research study. Done finally with brilliant Filipina nurse same as 1st study Filipina labtest lady well done to your job. Very much appreciated. Keep up your good work. Salute

I came in for my pre departure covid test on the 21st of Feb at the Mount Wellington branch if you wanted to check who was on shift. An Indian tech did my swab and pushed my head up while the swab was up my nose and it hit the back of my nasal cavity abruptly which I was shocked about. I have never once had my head shoved up while getting a swab done and I have had a few now. I’m also pregnant so would have thought she would have taken some sort of care with me… later asked if I was ok… why would someone ask that if they didn’t mean to hurt you…. I did not include my middle name in the booking form to which they were trying to make a fool out of me even though they were able to fix the mistake… we pay good money to have these tests done and get treated like second class. Won’t ever go there again.
