One of the best customer service provided . Everyone is attentive, friendly and respectful. Thank you The place is clean and overall it’s a nice atmosphere. Great for groups. Good food.
Went with friends for end of year party. Haven't been in the past 3years. First. I loved the kid's menu. The pizzas were small sizes enough for children, not too much and not less. Just perfect and cute. Change of staff which was good too. My fish was good and so were the chips . Everyone enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately they don't do cocktails in this restaurant. Otherwise an OK place in West Auckland. Vegetarian options: Enough veggies options
Asked for desert to be a take away because they were taking way too long and this is what they gave us. This was the worst apple crumble I’ve ever had. Seems like the crumble they whizzed up and just chucked it on. Big waste of money here. The pasta was watered down. And it jst didn’t have that chefs touch. Will defs not be coming back here ever again.
Good was amazing, fantastic service. Our server Jo was very good and sweet. Timely and effective service, well prepared food and ample options for drinks.
It’s a celebration lunch with a marvellous dining place worth celebrating. The service was remarkable. Every attendant was so attentive and prepared beforehand what we needed. The food was so good that every dish tasted good till the last mouthful. If the food still tastes good when your stomach is full, it’s great food. Parking: There are several parking lots allocated for the restaurant patrons.

The wait is long and the food is not great! The girl with glasses was kinda rude when we asked her for utensils and some and she looked annoyed and how she replied was unprofessional. I think she forgot that she was the waitress. Never want to go back! Super loud The wait time to get your food takes forever And the food is BLAND no flavor.
4 of us at our table ordered a rib eye steak and 3 of us recieved porterhouse steak instead, so we ordered Scotch and they served us rump with a 7-9$ difference between the two steaks. One of us kicked up a fuss and his meal was free but they refused to rectify the other 2 steak meals down to a porterhouse. They also gave me the wrong sauce with my steak meal. Bad experience, wouldn't recommend.
1/ Probably last visit for the year, never disappoints, simple inexpensive meals with friendly service. 2/ First visit for 2023, Easter weekend, didn’t disappoint. 3/ Another satisfying dinner in a popular family restaurant in Lincoln Road. 4/ spur of the moment, mid week dinner, still a busy service.
We are regulars here at our local lapo, and we are always greeted with a smile. The food is amazing here hence why we go once a week to enjoy their Rib eye steak. Portions are big enough to fill the biggest eater in your household and they have thee best mushroom sauce. Parking: Location is great, but because carpark is shared with other stores when it's busy it's sometimes difficult to find a park Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is access for wheelchairs
