Great customer service. Lady at the entrance was very friendly & helpful. Store is well stocked, well organized & very tidy when compared to Kmart's in Auckland.

Discount store located in 'The Hub' shopping center. Shop has an odd layout with the checkouts towards the back of the building and someone checking your purchases on your way out. Big homeware section with stuff for your kitchen/bedroom/bathroom/etc. The other dominant section is clothing with separate areas for mens, womens & kids clothes. There is a decent baby section and areas for toys and arts n crafts. Can't rate the staff as I've yet to speak to one despite being there three time.nLoads of parking outside..
Normally very friendly and helpful. Today a young lady who works there verbally attacked me in home ware department. I had gone to the camping department who had sent me there saying that they might have what I wanted. The lady got very cross and actually started shouting at me so I walked away.
Nice store, friendly team and some good discounts on some items. Had help from a friendly work when stuck on the self checkouts
