One on One personal Training (limited spaces available)
Group fitness sessions Monday Morning 9.15am and Monday and Thursday Night 7pm, Friday 6am
one on One PT sessions $50/hr or $25/1/2 hr
Monday fitness is 9.15am. Kids welcome. Have some ME time and improve your core strength and cardiovascular fitness at the same time. 8 week blocks $100
Back to Basics next course ..... watch this space
Night classes 7pm - casual $13 or pay $50 for 4 weeks.

Thursday 7pm
These classes will increase your cardiovascular strength, and muscle endurance/strength. I always like to have some fun games in there as well.
