Highly recommend Kiwi Valley Farm Park in rural West Auckland. It's so interactive with animals, with food bags to purchase. Kids love rides on donkeys, horses. There are llamas, pigs, donkeys, horses, roosters, rabbits, sheep, cows, goats. Animals are magnificent, here they are well kept and tame, not abused in captivity like some zoo's. It's good value for money, a good activity at the weekend. A cafe next door to Kiwi Valley Farm Park has healthy food to enjoy a meal or afternoon tea afterward.
Best family activity! Loads and loads of cute farm animals. They all are really well looked after. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. Overall, our family had a very fun and enjoyable time here. Highly recommended!
I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have always had such a great time! It’s easily one of, if not, the best animal park in Auckland, hands down. The people there are very friendly and seem happy to be there and help you out. There are so many different animals that you can pet and feed. It’s quite therapeutic having a rabbit, rat, or guinea pig on your lap! The farm animals are very friendly and seem well taken care of. My favourite animals were the baby goats they have by the main entrance area. They also offer a short tractor ride around the land which shows more animals that you can see. You get one feed container per person upon entry, and can buy additional containers for $1 each. The entry fee is very affordable for what you get and I would highly recommend checking it out. If you enjoy being around animals, you will want to visit multiple times!
Thank you lovely staff of Kiwi Valley Farm for making my kids birthday so memorable and fun. Larissa for brilliant follow up and farmer Dan for hosting Farm tour for our birthday party group. Kids enjoyed the animal feeding and horse ride and had fun.
What a lovely place! I had a great time here with animals. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. This is a one of a places you have to visit in Auckland.
What a spectacular day out with my little rugrats! My boy was over the moon when he got his hands on a fluffy bunny, it was definitely the highlight of his day. We were welcomed with open arms by the super friendly staff and given containers to feed the animals, and boy did we feed them well! It was worth every cent spent on this top-notch experience. My son even got to saddle up and ride a horse, talk about a dream come true! We had so much to explore that we spent a good chunk of time there. Although the playground was packed with kids, it didn't rain on our parade since we were too busy feeding and petting our animal pals. I highly recommend taking your little ones here for a day packed with adventure!
We attended a friends birthday party at this farm. It was a well organised tour around farm, where you get a tractor ride, pampering rabbits and rats, animal feeding and a hut for celebration. Kids enjoyed a lot and had a well spent day. They have a nice slide and sandpit areas as well which keeps you entertained.
Very raw authentic place for kids to be close to nature and animals. My son absolutely loved it. We went with group for birthday party celebration. Must visit place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We had a very lovely time at the farm. Lots of things for kids to do feed the adorable bubbas, tractor ride, horse riding, sand pit, playground. We really appreciate the animals have lots of space for them to roam if they don’t feel like interacting with us & the horses get enough breaks between riding sessions. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into keeping the place looking good & animals happy. Will come again soon!
Good for kids, they have huge parking, cafe beside the kiwi valley farm. I went there for my son school trip. They have huge selection of goat, sheep, rabbit, guinea pig, and horse riding which is the highlight for my son. They also have maze and playground. They have lots of washing area.
