Everything I make is made by hand. No two items are the same.
All personalized items MUST be proofed before being printed. If by chance the info you gave me is incorrect I can fix the item for a fee of $10 plus postage.
If something arrives damaged please send me a photograph right away and post it back and I will happily repair it and refund your postage cost of sending it back.
I can rush your order for a fee of $5
If placing an order please ask me for a wait time, it can be anywhere up to 5-6 weeks depending on how busy I am.
