The incompetence and disregard displayed by Ray White in their communication and handling of tenant needs is truly unacceptable. Since they took over management of my property from my previous landlord, I have repeatedly requested a new agreement as the previous one had expired. Not only did they fail to respond to my requests, but they also ignored my inquiries regarding confirmation of the last two weeks of rent that I had already paid upon moving in. As a result of their poor communication, I was forced to pay double the rent. It is imperative that individuals such as Jazz Herrera, who are responsible for managing properties, prioritize the needs and concerns of their tenants rather than ignoring their emails. My experience with Ray White has been nothing short of unpleasant and disdainful.

Wonderful experience working with Des Smith and his team.  They worked with me for over a year and I always found them to be friendly, professional and most of all, genuine!  I would have no hesitation in recommending Des & the team, or in using them again.  Thanks for the ease in which everything was handled, and the quick sale of my house!!
