We have been trying to sell our property since Feb 2022. Our last agent wasn’t interested and was very hands off and disengaged. Initially we hesitated going through another agent to sell our house - as we did not have a good experience from the last one. WOW͏ JUST WOW! We met Michael to review the home we now own... the connection was instant. It was like meeting an old school friend we hadnt seen in years... we already had a broker who was awesome and meeting Michael was the blessing we needed to help get the home we love now. During the stress of looking for a home my husband had a heart attack at work. Enthusiastic͏ and Results Focused I listed my house in November 2022 with Dave Barnett and by January 2023 I had received an offer that I decided to accept Hooray. Its a very tough housing market out there, however Dave worked very hard to ensure that the right kind of prospective buyers came through my property. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and I really enjoyed working with him. There were laughs a plenty amidst the serious business of trying to sell my house after another offer had fallen over alas with a different real estate agency. The estimated price that Dave and Mike Lovell thought my house would sell for turned out to be pretty accurate. They know the real estate market inside out and back to front. I did need to doublecheck their paperwork and picked up the odd typo so I cant quite give them 100% on that.
