Good service but found a piece of bone in the middle of chicken popcorn.. lucky i was not 3year old...
Their delivery service is a joke, 2 times our orders have been cancelled. First time because we had put in our order too late but the second time lastnight no explanation at all. Then on top of that we have to wait 3 days for a refund. If you're not ready to do home delivery, then shut it down already.
A 4 star because i asked for excessive seasoning on the chips and got it ! Brilliant. Most times at other KFC stores i ask for extra and get none or barely any. The reason i didnt go 5 star was i asked for a Zinger tower burger and got a normal Tower burger. Fairly quick service through drive through and they were very busy
Standing waiting at the front counter for over 10mins before a staff member curtly told us it would be a few more minutes. Several staff and no one manning thr front counter. Poor service
Missed a burger off one of my meals, went hm and back again, but got it sorted super fast.
Great customer service, very kind and clear communication. Awesome environment
