KFC Manurewa

Manurewa kfc is the worst ever in auckland.last night bought takeawy from them and gave me half eaten kfc. Manager throwing food on the floor showing of his ego .im not the first on to complain there are many others who got same issue with this kfc.all they need is money but the service is way poor than a road side stall never to buy from manurewa kfc again manager in the photo is very rude and arrogant.

The staff who was circling the parking lot was a bit intimidating. I parked and got out of my car to go inside. I was facing towards the store and not towards the outside. As soon as I got out, she asked me if I’m parking there. Before I could reply, she informed me that only customers can park there, it’s a tow away area and non-customers cannot just park there and walk away. I finally said, “yes, I’m going inside”, then walked away. After ordering and waiting for the food with receipt in hand, I felt like she was glancing into the store at me from outside, but that might have been a coincidence. Apart from that, the staff inside were nicer.

Great Meal for Family today. KFC has become our go-to family dinner choice. The buckets are perfect for sharing, and everyone gets their fill of delicious, crispy chicken and I can’t resist the gravy combo. A true classic that satisfies every time. Heads up to Manurewa KFC and staff. Perfect service.

Waited about 16mins in the drive thru!nMy meals were cooked extremely well and all cutlerys were provided.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken and 2 regular popcorn chicken via the kfc app but failed to receive 2 of the pieces of chicken at a price of $7.50.nnTried to call to rectify - no answer.nEmailed the help desk to notify - response on the next business day refunding $6.00.nEmailed again highlighting my disappointment - no reply.nnAs far as I'm concerned mistakes happen, but screwing up your chance to rectify things is unacceptable. I'm pretty sure not refunding the full amount is also illegal.nnFeels petty giving you a 1 star review over $1.50 but essentially breaking the law to rip off your customers is disgusting.
